I am working on the mattress (futon). Mostly in four different positions: on the back, on the chest, in the side position and sit cross leg. A person is fully clothed (compfy clothes).
Session depends on the duration from 1,5 h up to 2,5 hour.
I recommend do not eat a big meal before appointment.
I highly recommend drink lots of water after as it helps flush all of the toxins from the body.
